Originally from Sacramento, Ca and went to Jesuit High School. Graduated with a Bachelor’s in Economics from The University of San Diego. Earned my Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and began as a Muni bond trader, then moved to Newport Beach in 2006 where I worked at Monex Deposit Company as an account executive. Then, moved to San Francisco for one year and worked in the financial district for a Venture Capital Investment Bank. Moved back to Newport Beach in 2010 and started my own Venture Capital Fund which invested pre-ipo into Twitter, Lyft, and Palantir. In 2016, I started flipping homes and have flipped 5 homes in Sacramento, 1 home in Lake Tahoe, 1 home in Rancho Mirage, 1 home in Coto De Caza and 7 homes in Newport Beach. In 2018 I received my real estate license and began at Keller Williams for a short time before changing brokerages to Residential Agent inc(previously known as The McMonigle Team) for the last 4.5 years. I look forward to opening and closing many escrows in 2023 for The Altman Brothers team! I am married to my beautiful wife Whitney Moad and have two wonderful children Maren and Max Moad. We live in the Dover Shores neighborhood in Newport Beach. I enjoy playing tennis, skiing, sailing, taking my Duffy out with friends and family in the Bay and enjoying the many restaurants accessible by water in Newport Beach. I also enjoy taking another boat of mine to Catalina Island and fishing. I have belonged to the Newport Beach Tennis Club for 18 years and is where I met my wife. We recently joined the Newport Beach Yacht Club and I am also a member of the Elks Lodge, Balboa Angling Club, and the House Newport Beach. Last, I was appointed to the Planning Commission of the City of Indian Wells in July 2018 and served four years including 2 years as Chairman of the Planning Commission of Indian Wells. My wife and I have owned a home in Indian Wells for 8 years.
